Changein Africa Magazine Issue 2 - Interview with Rachel Ankomah

Issue 2 of ChangeinAfrica Entertainment Magazine is out. It features an interview with Women’s Rugby League Coordinator Rachel Ankomah. She talks about how Ghana Rugby league is empowering young women and girls, with leadership skills and self confidence. You also get to meet some of the wonderful women playing this sports in Ghana. 

One thing that stood out for me is how these women acknowledged that playing rugby helped them mentally and not just physically. It shows how essential it is for us to take care of our mental health, not just our physical health.
