Speaking to Jean du Christ Rusiga on the development, this is what he had to say;
"This competition is a spark for the Rugby League University Community challenges as talks are already ongoing with the Physical and Sports Academy to create teams and volunteers for the MO and Coaches local courses.
The Federation, however is waiting on the International Rugby League to reconsider the programming of our Educators Courses.
Nevertheless Yasmina and I are working on the Francophone Rugby A XIII qualification of Educators and Tutors for the game."
He also added, "I think the XIII Agro Zege Fabi will win the game but XIII vets are good players and they can make a difference."
