I was introduced to Rugby in 2017.
I knew nothing about Rugby. I didn't even know there were two types.
I was hesitant at first because how do I manage a club when I knew nothing about the sport? Where would I even start?
In the end, i took up the challenge, took the job as Team Manager of Titans Sporting Club- Rugby and made up my mind to do the best I could while learning about the sport.
Fast forward to 2019, Rugby League finally became active again and I ended up moving there.
I didn't learn much when I was in Titans mostly because I was still schooling and wasn't getting so much time.
I became the Team Manager of Ghana Skolars RLC with little to no knowledge of Rugby League.
I guess I just love challenging myself.
I did a lot of research, read a lot, watched a few videos and I started getting a hang of the game.
It was so confusing at first because I kept mixing up Union and League but with time it got better.
Now I have my own page where I try my best to educate non rugby League players on Rugby League, share experiences of people involved in Rugby League and shine more light on Rugby League in Africa especially Women's Rugby League in hopes of promoting the sport.
It's my prayer that my small way of contributing to the development of the sport will go a long way to impact a lot of lives and also help grow the sport.
I appreciate each and everyone who has been part of my journey.
